Heymans & Co officially opened its doors
on 1 March 2025.

Prior to launching his own practice, Bernè Heymans served as a director at his previous law firm, gaining invaluable experience before making the leap to practice independently.

With 13 years of legal expertise, Bernè has built a strong reputation in corporate and commercial litigation, High Court cases and insolvency-related law, including inquiries, interrogations, business restructuring and turnaround strategies.

He has been directly involved in several high-profile business rescues across the agriculture, retail, steel and mining industries, guiding these processes from start to finish.
